[R-390] Looking for part for R-391/R-390 Non "A"

Hello,

The Audio amp module  holds the 6082 regulator tubes. These tubes are 
held down by a round stainless steel sort of washer that simply slips 
over the top of the tube and is spring loaded to keep the tube from 
falling out of it's socket. Is this an item that anyone still makes? 
Does anyone have one for sale?
