That's possible, but the purpose as depicted here is to attenuate the 
noise regarding the aforementioned alleged clash of decor.  Since this 
type of noise source can be exceedingly broad-banded and of high dynamic 
range it was an obvious choice to use one of the special liquid cooled 
807s.  In fact it often takes several.
