Chuck Rippel's site is at http://www.r390a.com/
The Y2K manual (that's what we tend to call it) -- is on Al Tirevold's
website where it's always been.
The revised version is there -- http://www.r-390a.net/ then click on
"References"
Another revision is in the works with a number of enhancements and added
material, but probably a few months off.
