Tim,

That's a mystery. Now, if you can locate the radio with the two missing
bearings, you'll have a but of lore connecting the two redios  heheh.

I thought you were asking where to get small bearings, so I'll suggest:
 1) your local hobby shop (railroad/airplanes ...) has them. Bring your
micrometer.
 2) Small Parts, Ink in Florida has them.
