[R-390] Another (perhaps) silly ballast question

Hello Barry & Crew,
Barry, I'd like to see a picture of those loopy bends?
I thought that Kynar was used as WIRE WRAP applications and had Teflon
Insulation.  If I'm wrong, I'd like to be corrected or directed to a good
read on the subject.  Could we be talking about KAPTON wire in which the
high-heat processing anneals the insulation to the wire?
