You would also need a BNC-female to BNC-female adapter (RShack) for a total
of 3 adapters at $30+RShack cost.  The Male C connector seems a simpler
approach, but requires more work.

It appears that the person who has the C connectors on EBay (previously
referenced as item # 7548232488) has an EBay store with a number of
connectors and adapters.  You could probably make the adapter you want by
combining a double-male C and a female C to BNC, based on the pictures in
his listings.  You might want to verify this.
