It appears to be the "mate" to one of mine.  Under that modern nylon  
tag you can see
where it used to have one of the big aluminum Navy tags.  My Imperial  
has that same
"receiver 1" placard under the KC knob.  With the wear around the  
knobs, makes me
want to think the tuning is as smooth as silk. Wonder what it did  
before it got out of
the Navy?
