Now that is something we all understand!

Lessee now.  A Palm Treo 650 retails for about $600.00 and it weighs maybe
200g so that gives us...

	k = (0.2 * 5.44^2) / 2 = 3 Joules

At about $200.00 a Joule and it might (might, mind you) survive the fall.
But a Palm Treo is boring and it will be worth $.00 in three years when the
battery is dead.

If you throw the Treo at a concrete retaining wall at a major league
volocity of 100Kph then how many Joules is that?
