[R-390] Rack Mounted R-390A

Always use extreme care when mounting a heavy radio like an R-390A in a rack 
using sliders. I have heard stories where the radio slid out too fast and 
shifted the center of gravity so far that the whole rack toppled over onto the 
person causing severe injury. A heavy radio mounted high in a rack can do this 
more easily than you think. Just use common sense and caution and there should
