[R-390] correct size bristol wrench for BFO clamp behind the faceplate

Try that 0.096 again, there is probably some crud in
the hole, don't take "no" for an answer!  You also
have to have the splines lined up just right
sometimes.

Also, make sure it is what it should be, no
guarantees, someone might have put something else in
there.
