[R-390] early issues of QEX

I think someone was looking for an early article in QEX - I just
realized that I have the first 12 issue (12/81 through 1/83) in my
"archives". If I can help, please let me know what you need.

Also have a stack of AMRAD Newsletters fromt the same period, if they
are of interest to anyone.
