[R-390] Repairing broken trimmer capacitors, search

I vaguely remember a thread(s) on methods for disassembling sticky 
trimmers, and repairing broken trimmers. Does anyone recall the 
approximate date/times of this thread, or have a pointer to the text?

Also, is there url to search ALL months of the R390 archives for 
topics (as opposed to searching month-by-month)?
