Craig and others interested:

Clarostat JA1N056S502UA, Allied part number 753-2206, is an exact electrical and 
physical match and drop-in replacement for R103. It is probably available through 
several of the major catalog suppliers, I just happened to have the Allied Electronics 
part number.
