[R-390] R-390A and R-388 for sale

I've got an R-390A and a R-388 for sale------part of a local ham's estate that I'm helping to clear for the family.


The R-390A is a '56 Motorola----

    -----It's fairly clean, has all covers, good silk screened front panel, single fuse rear panel, Motorola PTO and it works without hum and all BW filters sound right ----10 Mc. WWV is right on but no BC band-----suspect one of the "below 8 Mc. problems and that it will need a general going through along with that problem cured.


The R-388 ----

    -----Early serial number, fairly clean, pretty good front panel, missing bottom cover, and it works without hum-----I think that it is completely functional but that it will need a general going through for optimal performance.


I'll have these (and a lot more stuff) for sale at the September 9th De Anza (used to be Foothill) Electronic Flea Market  in Cupertino if they are not sold before then. If you are interested, please contact me off this reflector and if you arn't, but would like to suggest what the estate should get for these two receivers, I would like very much to hear from you too----also off the reflector please. Let me know if you need pictures.
