[R-390] Hi-Res R-390A Videos on eBay

I have a question. Why would someone bid $113.50 for a set of the Hi-Res 
R-390A VHS Videos on eBay when you can get a brand new set direct from the 
manufacturer for $109.95? The seller even suggested checking out the company. I see 
they now have the videos on DVD for the same price, would be nice to have a set
