It's the same buyer mindset that allows sellers to end their auction
as $200 for a pair of $15 H-251 headphones if his ad is worded so as to
convince the buyer that these were designed by *specifically* to go with
the Collins R-390A. (real example from maybe a year ago)

Fuss as you might at the seller, I'm glad he was *able* to get that
price, and hope the bidder actually paid in the end.  If only I were
able to word my auctions that well...

But no, even with the magic word of "Collins" on the front and the
relative rarity of the item, I'd pass at even $250.  I like Collins
gear, but I'm not wealthy enough to collect it for collection's sake.
