I sold an NIB one a couple of years ago on Ebay for something a little 
over $600.00.

I don't think inflation or idiocy would encourage anyone to pay $2250 
for one.

While they are a good little receiver, they have their share of problems, 
among others, the mechanical filter center frequency is somewhat odd.
