[R-390] CV-591A CV-1722 information sought and parts!

I found a TMC MSR-5 Converter SSB CV-1722/URR  Order DA-18-119-AMC979,
rear plate states TMC MSR-5 MFG 231/91
Appears to have a crystal oven, markings on both sides of the trimmer
caps is 438 Kc Adj and 472 Kc Adj.  I know TMC made variants of the SSB
Converter but I'm not familiar with this one.  I am looking for the L
and U indicator lamp covers that are on the upper left front of the
unit. (Wish me luck in finding them). Does anyone out there have one of
these? Could use some information on this particular unit.  The front
panel difference from the CV-591A is that the nomenclature plate is
black and not the typical orange on other units I've seen.
