[R-390] GPR-92 Receiver Info?

There is a Technical Material Corp. GPR-92 Receiver Item number: 9715735805 on epay.  It looks
like a printed circuit board SP 600 on steroids mated with a R390 front panel rip-off.  At 2.5
Kilo-bucks it’s out of my fun-toy-to-play-with league.  Any body got some info?
