[R-390] HP Probe Tips

Does anyone know where I might find a spare tip for the probe(s) for my 
HP410B?  I'm missing one and it's a pain to swap it between the DC probe 
and the OHMS probe every time I need to switch.

I figure these were made to be replaceable for a reason which leads me to 
believe there may be a "source" for spare tips.  I sure could use one.  I 
suppose I can make one myself, but hate to keep "borrowing" a lathe...
