[R-390] Low sensitivity on 7-8 Mhz band

I am not sure anyone has mentioned this yet (although I may have missed the  
post).  
 
Years ago, someone on the list gave me a tip to check out C 327, a 100pF  cap 
on the primary of T 207.
 
Replacing it on 3 different radios so far has solved 90% of the poor  
performance up to 8mHz.  Admittedly on one of the radios I had to replace  some other 
components related to the 1st crystal oscillator (V207), to finally  fix it.  
The problem was clearly, in each case, related to poor output of  this 
oscillator.
 
I used a high voltage NPO cap for the replacement each time.
