[R-390] Low sensitivity on 7-8 Mhz band

Odd. I ws noticing the same thing on my Amelco. It's almost as if the
bandswitch isn't clocking perfectly and I'm getting just a capacitance
feedthrough signal. I'm going to do some side-by-side comparison with my
Motorola.
