[R-390] R-390A to CV-157/URR AGC Cable

I have a 390A and a CV-157 sideband adapter.  The CV-157 has the ability
to control the AGC on the 390A.

Does anyone know the cabling connections to implement this?  I could
probably do it by trial and error but if someone has it documented, why
re-invent the wheel!
