[R-390] RF sub chassis slug rack problem

Assuming it is really a roller bearing and not just a guide, try some 
Liquid Wrench to loosen the bearing.  Heat from the tip of a soldering 
iron or a few gentle taps may also cause the bearing to loosen it up.
