I am not sure which link you need. I notice the one I supplied to the SF 
Chronicle doesn't work anymore.

The reason why I mentioned is someone on this list visited the ship and 
posted photographs of the R390 radios still
racked up in it's radio room. As was mentioned in the news reports the North 
Korean use it as a museum ship
and proof of how superior the North Korean Navy is over the US Navy.
