[R-390] Neat antenna site

Hi,

  A few year ago I was on a business trip to the San Diego area and just
happened across a mighty big antenna. I found a sign on a fence that said
something like "Navy Receiving Facility." This place is close to Imperial
Beach. Check the URL below to see a picture (approx. 182kb). Anyone know
anything about this site? I'd love to connect my R-390A to it!
