[R-390] RF Deck clamp source

Dave,

Some enterprising guy made 2-piece aluminum clamps for many of the shafts
and gears on my latest R390A.  While the original design is easier to manage
since there's only one screw, I think the 2-piece design is very strong and
you certainly don't have to worry about clamps breaking with them.

Good find.
