[R-390] Brown Beauty voltage rating?

What was the official voltage rating for the 0.033uF and
0.1uF brown beauties that we commonly see?

My 0.1uF from R-390A's are brown-black-yellow-white-(blank)-red.

My 0.033uF's from R-390A's are orange-orange-orange-black-(blank)-orange.

My naive guess would be that the last red on the 0.1uF's means
200V and that the last orange on the 0.033uF's mean 300V, but
I'm sure that I'm wrong!
