[R-390] New Electrolytic Capacitors for R390A

Gents,

A few months ago, I mentioned the idea of building some new capacitors from
an octal relay plug and some miscellaneous aluminum pieces.  I finally
finished the project.  See the following link for some brief details and
pictures.

My goal was to use modern parts that are available and no modifications to
the radio.
