[R-390] OA2 replacement

Hi

The voltage may be a bit different, but it will work. The OA2 is  
rated at 144 to 164 volts at a current of 17.5 ma. It's internal  
resistance is < 240 ohms. It will regulate down to about 5 ma. A  
silicon diode will have a bit different resistance and a normal 150  
volt 10% part would break over at 135 to 165 volts.
