[R-390] Fixed IF stuck slugs

Hello Friends,
I have received many helpful ideas on this subject and would like to 
thank everyone who added to my question. I have decided to leave the 
stuck slugs alone for now anyway. I will continue to look elsewhere for 
the cause of the low sensitivity. Any ideas on this? I do receive 
signals that are low in volume with the rf gain turned to 100%. Also 
seems to be a loud noise floor. Almost like the noise is as loud or 
louder than the signal. Any help would be appreciated. Sure don't want 
to have to change those fixed IF cans....  :'- (
