[R-390] Variable Caps

Hello,

Is there a way to clean the variable caps in the Rf transformers located in the RF Module. They look like they cannot be dis-assemblied, they look sort of sealed with a rubber looking gasket/seal around the bottom of the top ceramic part, under the adjustment screw. The shaft extends through the board to the solder connections. Is there a good way to clean these caps?
