[R-390] Using R-390a in cold weather

   N'yuk,N'yuk,N'yuk...it  was  60 here today...Shirtsleeve weather. Just
   thought  all  you  Yankees  & Canadians oughta know that...Actually, a
   little  snow  wouldn't  be  so  bad..VERY dry here...We're about 9-10"
