[R-390] radios at trash sites

Yep, that's the Army. In 1951 I was stationed at the
Aberdeen Proving Grounds in MD. We found a new gun
barrel at the dump and brought it back in. What a
mistake and we took it back to the dump. No paperwork,
no barrel.
