[R-390] Selenium Rectifier

When you remove them from the equipment, disassemble the stack. Plates the 
plates in lacquer thinner. Remove the paint then attach a wire to both 
sides (one wire per side). Use tape or conductive epoxy. You now have a 
photo cell.
