[R-390] Band condx / MUF monitor

  I latched onto a nice old Beckman WWV reciever - fixed-tune at 2.5 - 5 - 
10 - 15 - 20 Mhtz. Sits in the rack on top of my 390A. I use it to get a 
quick idea of band conditions.  And it's a tube device, thus reasonably 
on-topic.

  The Johnson Ranger that just sold for US$635.75 is OT, in fact - even if 
it was 'restored' and cosmetically an '9'  - still - it didn't even have 
the PTT/ keyer assembly in it. But: damnnnnn....!

   Boatanchors = nesteggs???
