[R-390] R-390A is no more available at Fair Radio

I am going to have to check out a local military surplus outfit here in
Cheyenne. He isn't going to have R390's but he just might have racks, and
cabinets he is a real packrat.  When I get over to him I'll let everyone
know what he might have.
