I'll be the first one to agree with you Cecil. Unfortunately, Ebay sees
it differently from normal people. They talk in profit and he makes them
profit.

His negative feedback rate is just under 3% which at the numbers he has
is 
150 people.  If you look at them they have a lot in common....the
complaints 
and his usual response.

That's a lot of folks not happy....
