[R-390] Another 390A Carrier meter question

HAH!  Thanks to Roger for setting us straight on this...

I assumed there was a calibration for the thing, and that was not a good
assuumption!  (It's  been a while since I had the manual open.)

True.  Those of us who like to set things right and have them stay right are
usually frustrated with the zero set. (I LOVE my General Radio stuff!)
