[R-390] R390 RF deck cover

Fellows,

There is nothing sacred about the deck covers.

A double sided printed circuit board works fine.
A cookie sheet also works fine.
You can lay out the 8x32 machine screw holes with a paper bag and pencil.

I like to mount a concrete / metal / fiber saw blade in my table saw to cut 
up cookie sheets and printed circuit boards for these type projects.
