[R-390] Panel engravings

Cecil,

Been there......done that.  I finally used a lighted
magnifier and some sharp object.  The best I found was
the frog sticker from the kids chemistry set.  Small
plastic handle with a sharp point on the end of about
2" stainless pin.  Went over entire panel carefully
inspecting each letter and digging out the chips. 

Not much fun, but that is how it was done here.
