[R-390] Filter cap temperature

There's hot audio output tubes running right next to it. The 2 uF AGC cap in
the IF deck runs warm too for same reason, it's surrounded by tubes.
If you want to be thorough then rebuild them, it's good messy fun. I found
an open crimp connection in the last pair I did.
