[R-390] Should this work?

I think you may have the answer.  I grounded the point I was talking about
earlier and that didn't help.  It grounds more than just the capacitor, but
it still didn't help.

I put a tube extender on V509 and checked plate voltage at pin 6.  There
should be185V there and I'm getting a small negative voltage (< 1v).
Probably either a blown fuse or a bad wire in the harness.  Didn't have time
to explore any further on my lunch break, but I assume I'll find this pretty
quickly tonight.
