[R-390] ColdHeat

[Tom Bridgers]

I bought one too.  Same bad experience.  Tried to solder a few wires and
such with absolutely no success.  Put device back in package, placed it on
my workbench shelf, muttered a few words not repeatable here, and decided I
wouldn't try to use it again.
