[R-390] WTT -- 5675 triodes, 2 each f/ HP 608 gen

Hi

The 17 MHz crystal in the R390 is still something you can buy newly 
manufactured from guys like International. The 200KHz crystal is a 
problem since the basic blanks aren't cut that way anymore.
