   You might want to cruise over to www.edatarack.com

very cheap hosting, pay-by-the-year, no fancy frills, support via e-mail 
only (but they're very good and quickly respond!)....  They have the usual 
things to help you get a set of pages up and running with minimum 
persiratory outflows.
