If your friend had talked to Gary at FAIR he would be told about the blue
streaked radios that have to be brought in and then tested. When failed Gary
pulls them into the shop and sets them to working before shipping. THIS
TAKES TIME. Gary also repaints the front panel.

If he wants a dead set it can go out tomorrow.

I have talked to Fair about this over the years and thats the game. In the
early days of R390a's they had working sets. Now its the dogs.

I friend of mine ordered an R390A from Fair Radio about three weeks ago.
No radio yet. How long should he expect to wait for it to appear.
