[R-390] Fair Radio Delivery Time

Not necessarily so ... they're not an off the shelf item anymore --- take 
some assembly & testing.  More so if a "checked" radio.  May be other 
customers ahead on line.

But, worth a call for a "radio check".  (remember the 70's ;-)
