[R-390] NEW 390A IF and AF decks, you know where

Probably failed because the paperwork was not signed by the source
inspector! I'm still smarting from having a source inspector hovering over
my shoulder when we used to rebuild RT-618's and GR-106's back in the 1970's
when I was in college. That was my co-op job when I went to RIT when I had
sharper and younger eyes.
