Does radio-mart at least do quality (Earl Scheib) paint jobs?

I'll never buy anything from him (I'd rather have a radio with a big
yellow or blue stripe across the front... just watch, if he reads this list
next thing he'll do is start adding those stripes!) but I'm curious.
